18th of June: FutureBoards: Women on board in Shanghai

Dear NBA members and friends,

On 18 June 2021, Royal Norwegian Consulate General in Shanghai, FutureBoards , and Norwegian Business Association China will co-host FutureBoards Cross-Border Dialogue. With a selected group of participants from Norwegian and Chinese business owners, board chairs and members, corporate CEOs, representatives from government, and potential female board member candidates, we will take a closer and comparative look at the state of play in the two countries via researchers, investors, and companies’ perspectives, to exchange thoughts, views and ideas on what is the role of investors and boards, and how can they contribute to help remove invisible barriers to recruiting more women in decision-making positions.
